Shake well. Wash hands and apply 1-3 pumps onto a clean dry finger. Apply gently to the external vulvovaginal area. Use twice daily for optimal relief (AM/PM routine recommended).
Wash hands after each use. For intimacy, apply externally 30 minutes prior to moisturize and hydrate intimate skin.
