Vacuum Therapy System
90-Day, 60-Day, 30-Day Return Policy

This policy is effective only at the original point of purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your system please call 800.438.8592 and speak with a Customer Care Representative.  TIMM Medical provides access to a live device specialist to ensure every man has the opportunity for success with vacuum therapy treatment.

If the system fails to produce the desired results within 30, 60 or 90 days , you may qualify for a refund.  To qualify for a refund, you must complete the following steps:

    Have an original proof of purchase that can be either faxed, emailed or mailed to our home office.
  • 2
    Call and receive product support instructions from a Customer Care Representative. The lack of desired effects can often be resolved through a brief conversation with a device specialist.
  • 3
    Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Customer Care, return all system components within 4 weeks of receiving your RMA. Systems returned without an RMA will be returned to sender without a refund.
  • 4
    The cost of shipping the system to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
  • 5
    Refund amount will be for the cost of the system only. The refund does not include the cost for shipping and handling charged at the time of purchase.

The Return Policy is available only to the systems original owner.  The Return Policy does not apply to accessories. Not all systems include a return policy.  If you have questions about what policy is included with your system, please call Customer Care at 800.438.8592.
