Elitone® for Men
Surgery is behind you. Bladder control should be too. There’s a simple way to get it back faster.
The catheter is out, you’re healing well, and by all accounts you should be getting back to normal. But the leaks haven’t gotten the message.
You still check for a pad before leaving the house. Standing up, coughing, lifting a grocery bag — any of it can cause a drip. Your doctor said to give it time, and you are. It’s just hard to know how much time is enough, or whether waiting is really all you can do.
Here’s the good news: this is about muscle strength, and muscles can be trained. It’s called urinary incontinence after prostate surgery, and it’s more common than you’d think.
Urinary Incontinence After Prostate Surgery
It’s common, and it’s a normal part of recovery. Prostate surgery weakens the muscles that support bladder control, and the external urethral sphincter has to regain its strength before you can hold urine reliably again. Until it does, you leak.
For most men, bladder control improves over several months as those muscles rebuild. But recovery timelines vary. Some men regain control quickly; others need additional support. Up to 20% of men still have moderate to severe leaks a full year after prostate surgery, and some never fully recover even with Kegels.
Most men are told to rely on pads, patience, and a “wait and see” approach. Kegels are recommended too, but many men find them difficult to perform correctly or consistently.
So how do you improve your muscle strength?

Elitone for Men may be the solution.
Don’t just take our word for it, see what men are saying.
How Does Elitone for Men Work?
Elitone delivers neuromuscular stimulation through the skin to activate the pelvic floor muscles that support bladder control. During treatment, you’ll feel your muscles contract and relax, similar to performing Kegel exercises.
These muscles play a key role in preventing urine leakage, but can become weakened after prostate surgery. By automatically activating them in a consistent, targeted way, Elitone helps strengthen these muscles more effectively than Kegel exercises alone.
20 minutes a day and over time, this leads to improved muscle control and fewer leaks.
The Science
In a FDA clearance study, at 12 weeks men treated with Elitone had a mean reduction in 24-hour pad weight of 92%, compared to 68% for men recovering on their own.1 It is the only FDA-cleared device indicated to aid early continence recovery after prostate surgery, and it’s cleared for over-the-counter use — no prescription required.

About Elitone for Men GelPads
Each GelPad consists of conductive gels that, when positioned properly, transmit low-frequency pulses to comfortably contract your pelvic floor muscles the right way. The GelPads are reusable and disposable.
Stimulation from the controller travels through the GelPad cable and spreads across the conductive silver grid inside the GelPad. The current is then delivered through the conductive gel to the skin. It flows between the front and back pads through the muscle, then reverses direction, helping ensure balanced activation of the targeted muscles.
The flexible shape conforms to your body’s unique contours for comfort and a proper fit. Not to worry, the gel material is formulated for easy removal – without pulling hair. Elitone for Men comes with 3 GelPad packs, which is enough for the initial treatment.
