Return Policy –

  1. Have an original proof of purchase that can be either faxed, emailed or mailed to our home office.
  2. Call and receive product support instructions from a Customer Care Representative. The lack of desired effects can often be resolved through a brief conversation with a device specialist.
  3. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Customer Care, return all system components within 4 weeks of receiving your RMA. Systems returned without an RMA will be returned to sender without a refund.
  4. The cost of shipping the system to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Refund amount will be for the cost of the system only. The refund does not include the cost for shipping and handling charged at the time of purchase.
