The large custom insert is an optional accessory that narrows the cylinder chamber to provide a better vacuum when needed based on penis size. Rounded outside edges provide a comfortable fit against the body. The Large Insert is included in the Esteem Manual, Esteem Automatic and Classic system. If you are using large insert and still needing to fill space at the base of the cylinder, consider trying the Small Customer Insert #1261. Large Insert Size: 1.50″
